Flowpack reels with white band or plain

Flowpack is a packing system in which a wrapping machine takes plastic film from a reel, closes it around the product and seals it at the ends. The result is a flexible pack that adapts to its contents, whether a tray of tomatoes, a group of peppers or a single piece. What we supply under this reference is that consumable: the film reels that feed the wrapper.

There are two versions. The plain reel is clear, unprinted film, the most flexible option when you pack for several brands or products. The white band reel has a white stripe running along the film, visible on every pack; depending on the case it is used as a branding area or to identify the product without adding a separate label. Both can be customised with your design.

The flowpack pack protects the product against dust, moisture and sun during handling and display in store, while leaving the contents visible. As the system allows the format to be varied according to the product, a single line can work with trays of different sizes by changing the machine setting, without changing the type of pack. It is also a packing system that helps save energy on the line.

To choose the right reel you have to start from the wrapper. The film width, reel diameter and core depend on the machine model, and the type of film depends on the product: packing fresh vegetables is not the same as packing a dry product.
