The CV1100+ is Zermat's large single-chamber packing machine. It sits between the tabletop vacuum packer of a small workshop and the automatic belt machine: it is still a chamber machine loaded by the operator, but with a 1100x670 mm chamber that takes long pieces, several bags per cycle or formats that will not fit in a compact model. It is a floor-standing machine, in stainless steel and on castors.

A large chamber only pays off if the sealing adapts to what is being packed, and that is where its particular strength lies: versatile sealing bars, up to 3 bars in different configurations. Depending on the layout, you can seal long bags along one side or several bags in parallel in the same cycle, which multiplies output without changing machine. It also accepts the bi-active sealing option, which seals from above and below, and bag trim cutting, which can be switched off when not needed.

Automatic bag unloading, with an internal discharge belt, saves taking the product out of a deep chamber by hand, which is tiring and slow with heavy pieces. The control panel stores programmes and includes functions designed for fresh and processed products: a marinating or impregnation programme, and progressive soft-air venting, which returns the pressure gradually so the bag settles without marking or puncturing the product.

Options include inert gas injection into the bag, an additional sealing bar, an extended control panel and installing the pump outside. Compared with the BluesVac 42+ it gains chamber size and output; compared with the DC950 PRO, which works on a belt and synchronises with the line, it remains a manually loaded machine that is simpler to install.
